Free-Pass Leads
Website claims appear immediately; Meta sheet rows sync every five minutes. Check Activate pass only when the guest checks in at the front desk. That starts their seven days.
Website and Meta claims send one initial confirmation per email. Front desk activation schedules the first visit email for 2 hours later. Day 5, Day 7, Day 10, and Day 13 emails send at 9 AM Eastern to every activated pass that has not joined. Workers check every 5 minutes.

Pre-Opening Dates
The homepage countdown reads these instantly. Before the presale date it counts to the presale; after, it counts to opening; then shows “Now Open.”
The Grand Opening countdown on the public site reads the Grand Opening date from settings. These presale/opening dates drive the phased pre-opening countdown.
Email Campaign
No campaign is loaded and sending is turned off. Your audience lists stay ready — Members and Newsletter — with live recipient counts below. When it's time to send something, a new email gets written and loaded here first.
Sending stays disabled until a new campaign email is written and loaded.
