This Privacy Policy explains how REVIVE Fitness & Recovery ("REVIVE," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit revivefw.com (the "Site") or interact with our forms. Our mobile app and membership billing are provided through Mindbody and are also governed by Mindbody's privacy practices.

1. Who we are

REVIVE Fitness & Recovery is a gym and recovery facility located at 3233 St Joe Center Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46835. You can reach us any time at info@revivefw.com.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit our contact or founders forms, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any message you include. When you start a membership in the REVIVE app, that information is collected and processed by Mindbody.
• Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our providers automatically collect standard technical data such as your device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, the site that referred you, and general (city-level) location, using cookies and similar technologies.

3. Cookies & tracking technologies

• Meta Pixel & Conversions API. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to understand how visitors use our Site, measure interest, and — in the future — deliver and measure advertising on Facebook and Instagram. This may involve sharing certain data with Meta, including your device information and the pages you view, and, when you submit a form, a hashed (irreversible) version of your email, name, and phone number, which Meta may match to a Facebook or Instagram account. You can review or limit this in your Facebook ad preferences.
• Vercel Web Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to measure aggregate traffic. It does not build a profile of you.
• Cloudflare Turnstile. A privacy-preserving check that helps keep bots and spam out of our forms.

4. How we use your information

We use the information above to: respond to your inquiries; provide and administer founding memberships; send you updates you asked for (such as founders announcements); operate, secure, measure, and improve the Site; and market our services, including through Meta. We do not sell your personal information.

5. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed to provide our services:

• Supabase — secure database storage for form submissions.
• Resend — delivery of our transactional and founders emails.
• Vercel — website hosting and cookieless analytics.
• Cloudflare — bot protection and security.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising and measurement, as described above.
• Mindbody — membership sign-up and payment processing within the app.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others. We do not sell your data.

6. Your choices & rights

• Marketing emails. Unsubscribe any time using the link in any email, or email info@revivefw.com.
• Meta / Facebook ads. Manage or opt out in your Facebook ad preferences and Instagram settings. You can also use the industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
• Cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the Site may work less smoothly as a result.
• Access & deletion. Email info@revivefw.com to request a copy or deletion of the information we hold about you, and we'll respond as required by applicable law. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights to access, delete, or opt out of certain sharing of your information.

7. Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here or as required by law, after which we delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Third-party links

Our Site and app may link to third-party services (such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Instagram) that operate under their own privacy policies. We're not responsible for their practices.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Effective" date above. Significant changes may be highlighted on the Site.
