The Problem.

— Fort Wayne, 2025 —

The best facilities I trained in — in major cities and in towns no bigger than Fort Wayne — had something in common. The equipment was better. The atmosphere was better. Recovery wasn't an afterthought.

People knew each other. The experience felt intentional. They were places people wanted to be.

And every time I came home — to the city I love — I asked the same question.

Why doesn't Fort Wayne
have this?

"They weren't just places to work out. They were places people wanted to be — where training, recovery, and community came together under one roof."

The Word.

— Re·vive (verb) —

Revive means a second chance.

  • A second chance to get back to your routine.
  • A second chance to prioritize your health.
  • A second chance to rebuild confidence, discipline, and consistency.

For some people, that's training for their first 5K. For others, it's getting stronger, losing weight, recovering from burnout, or simply feeling like themselves again. Whatever your goal, Revive was built to help you get there.

"Built with love. Built with intent. Built for Fort Wayne."

/04 — Built for Fort Wayne

Built for
this city.

Fort Wayne has grown. The food scene has grown. The business community has grown. The city continues to grow — and we believe fitness and recovery should grow with it.

Whether you're an athlete, a professional, a parent, or just getting started — my wife and I built Revive for the people who call this city home. And we're just getting started.
