The Heat

Heat that
resets you.

A sauna is one of the oldest recovery rituals there is — sit in the heat, sweat, and let the day melt off. At Revive, our custom double-deck saunas are the centerpiece of a recovery lounge that also includes a cold plunge, red light therapy, and compression therapy. The two decks mean you can choose your intensity: lower bench for a gentler, longer sit, upper deck for the full, enveloping heat.

Sauna use is commonly associated with relaxation and stress relief, and many people find it a simple, repeatable way to feel reset. It pairs naturally with everything else under our roof — strength floor, 60-foot turf, and the rest of the recovery lounge — so heat becomes part of how you train, recover, and repeat.

What People Use It For

Why sit in the heat.

Research into sauna use is ongoing, and individual results vary. Here is what many people turn to a sauna for — described honestly, without medical promises.

01

Relaxation & stress relief

The quiet warmth of a sauna is commonly used to unwind. Many people find a short session a calming way to decompress after a hard day or a hard workout.

02

Cardiovascular conditioning

Heat exposure raises your heart rate and warms the body. Regular sauna bathing is an area of active research for general cardiovascular wellbeing — though it is not a substitute for exercise or medical care.

03

Muscle recovery

Warming tired muscles after training is a long-standing recovery practice. Many people find the heat a comfortable way to loosen up and ease post-workout tension.

04

A deep sweat

There is something satisfying about a real sweat. A sauna session is an easy, low-effort way to work up one — just remember to rehydrate well afterward.

05

Better sleep & wind-down

Many people use an evening sauna as part of a wind-down routine and find it helps them feel ready to rest. Pair it with a calm pre-sleep ritual.

06

The Revive Loop

Alternate hot and cold — sauna then cold plunge — for contrast therapy that's commonly used to leave you feeling refreshed and clear-headed.

How It Works

Using the
sauna at Revive.

Our saunas live in the recovery lounge alongside the cold plunge, red light therapy, and compression therapy. Booking is handled in the Revive app — reserve a time, walk in, and your session is ready. Recovery is included with Plus and Elite memberships, and also available on its own as a $99/mo Recovery Only membership.

Step 01

Book in the app

Reserve your sauna slot from your phone. App-based booking keeps the recovery lounge calm and uncrowded.

Step 02

Hydrate first

Drink water before you go in, and keep some nearby. A good sweat means you'll want to rehydrate when you're done.

Step 03

Sit 15–20 minutes

A typical session runs 15–20 minutes. Choose the lower deck for a gentler heat or the upper deck for the full effect — and step out anytime you've had enough.

Step 04

Plunge for contrast

Finish hot-to-cold with the cold plunge for the Revive Loop — the contrast many people find leaves them refreshed.

Good to Know

Sauna questions.

How long should a sauna session be?

Most people do well with a 15–20 minute session. If you're new to the sauna, start shorter, listen to your body, and step out whenever you feel you've had enough. Always hydrate before and after.

What makes a double-deck sauna different?

Heat rises, so the upper deck runs hotter than the lower bench. Two decks let you pick your intensity in the same custom-built sauna — gentler down low, full immersion up top — without leaving the room.

Is the sauna included in my membership?

Yes — the recovery lounge, including the sauna, is included in the Plus and Elite memberships. Prefer recovery only? Our standalone Recovery Only membership is $99/mo. See memberships for details.

Should anyone avoid the sauna?

Heat isn't right for everyone. If you're pregnant, have a heart condition, low blood pressure, or any health concern, talk with your doctor before using a sauna. This page is general information, not medical advice.
